Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Support Center and provide your order number and email address to start the return process for any eligible item.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  For mattresses, we will help coordinate a local donation or pickup; for smaller items, please repackage them in the original box with the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Verification and Inspection

  Once your return is picked up or received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return condition standards.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, excluding any original shipping fees.
